Here at Indigo Hills you will be welcomed by a very friendly staff, trained to make your time here memorable. We take great pride in the freshness and quality of our food, and the ability to serve you in a timely fashion. All meals are made to order, to ensure the best quality. Gwendolyn has worked non-stop since March 2005 to create a wonderful menu.
Please feel free to wander up to the “deli” case, which houses all of her creations for your enjoyment here, or you may buy a half pound or whatever quantity you need to take away for enjoyment in your cabin.
Desserts are made fresh, and a little of everything is housed in the cooler in the dining room. Also notice the take-away freezer items, and you can stock your freezer for a quick dinner at home on those busy days. The crusty baguette is also for sale @ $3.25 per loaf.
You will also see some of the famous “Berto’s” sorbet and gelato in the freezer for your take-away, or ask the staff what we have in our freezer for your pleasure here. We truly aim to please, so don’t be shy!
We also sell our seafood wholesale, so if you want some of our wild caught seafood, we will let you know what we have on hand.
In 2010 we will have our pouring license, and we intend to turn the dining porch into an hors d’oeuvres and beer and wine bar. This will be an area that can be enjoyed on a quick visit, or you can have a few friends meet you for a quick bite and a great glass of wine or beer!
